Warranty

At Polo, we provide comprehensive warranties to ensure confidence and peace of mind with every purchase. Warranty coverage is activated upon completion of the warranty certificate or its electronic registration at the point of sale.

The warranty becomes void if any unauthorized servicing or modifications are performed on the timepiece. Additionally, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, glass breakage, damage resulting from improper handling or lack of care, accident-related damage, or any consequential damage caused by usage.
