We commit to contacting you within 48hrs working days (not including weekends or holidays) to acknowledge your concerns. If your complaint is not able to be resolved immediately, we will be transparent as to why and will inform you of an estimated resolution date.
To facilitate a swift resolution, clients are encouraged to provide relevant details, including proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images where applicable.
Investigation: Our team will review the details and, if necessary, liaise with relevant departments to assess the complaint.
